Flowerish is a stylish cafe located in an upscale residential area of Tomio, Nara city. Along with their popular cafe, they also offer macrobiotic workshops and sell an array of related food and drinks.

LUNCH INGREDIENTS:
Brown rice, fried vegetable meat substitute, boiled pumpkin, stir fry burdock root, cucumber vinegar, cookie, coffee made of vegetables.
*They use only natural salt and pure soy souce and never use sugar.

Rustic vegan restaurant just south of JR Nara Station

Onwa, a vegan restaurant which was renovated from a small old house in the alley of a residential area, develops and provides healthy and delicious meals that everyone can enjoy. All the menu is plant-based and gluten-free.

KURURU is not just a health conscious vegan and gluten free restaurant. The owner of KURURU believes that food can also be therapy - healing the body and soul. They also have an aroma therapy salon and a yoga studio next door.

All of the ingredients, including the spices are organic and cultivated with a method of natural farming. They also use some seasonal food to take advantage of their superior taste and high nutritious value. They put an importance on local food production and consumption.
