This special tea set has been specially provided to NARA Visitor Center & Inn by Kubo Sabun
Kubo Sabun is the 24th generation tea whisk master of Chikumeido Sabun.
RECOGNITION
In 1987, Kubo Sabun was recognised as a traditional master craftsman by the Minister of International Trade and Industry of Japan and in 2015.
Kubo Sabun was also awrded "Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette" in 2015.
